MWS Properties is one of only a few owner managed and owner built housing providers in Chico. MWS has been providing apartment choices since 1969 and takes utmost pride in maintaining our properties inside as well as the landscaping areas. Our maintenance is efficient and most all maintenance issues are completed well within 24 hours. MWS also provides the service of changing the heater/air conditioner filters 3 times a year to maximize their efficiency and energy saving. Our maintenance program also includes an annual evaluation for those items a resident might forget to mention to our management staff. Our staff genuinely cares about our residents!
