Perfectly Located Chico Apartments

“Living here was amazing, I enjoyed everything about it. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The apartment was in great condition when I moved in the staff goes out of their way to help make sure you get as much of your deposit back when you move out which was super helpful.  If you clean what they tell you to clean before you move out you get almost your full deposit back. I was a little sad to move but I got a house otherwise I would have stayed a lot longer. It is very quiet and peaceful there I would recommend living here to any one and everyone.” 

“I have been living at Oak Meadows for about 5 months now. It's a quiet complex and the apartments are also nice. I met with the manager and she was very helpful and accommodating. My brother has also lived here in the past and he has also liked it. I highly recommend this place.”

“I've lived in these apartments for a little over 8 years now. Anytime I need something fixed or taken care of, which is very rare, they send someone the day I call and handle it then or the next day if a part is needed. The staff is always friendly and professional. The security constantly patrolling at night has prevented theft or vandalism to my bike/car. Great apartments, great location, respectful neighbors... I've never had a bad experience, i would recommend to anyone.”
